Video calls have proven to be as effective for coaching and training as in-person sessions. Prior to an initial session via video call, guardians fill out a detailed Behavior History Form to give background and understanding into the needs of the family. During the initial session, we dive into building a plan to better the relationship and tackle challenges to improve welfare. We discuss the realities of the situation and expectations moving forward.
